The types of personal information that we collect depends on the products or services you receive from us or engage us to provide. Personal information we collect may include (and that we have collected in the last twelve (12) months includes):

We generally do not collect “sensitive personal information” (such as racial or ethnic origin, precise geolocation, biometric data or health data) as defined under U.S. state privacy laws and the EU GDPR (defined below) or UK GDPR (defined below). If we are required to collect limited sensitive information (such as a tax identification number for compliance), we use it solely for that purpose and do not use it for advertising or profiling.
On our websites, in email communications or in advertisements we may place on other websites, we may use automated means, such as cookies, pixels, web beacons and similar tools and storage technologies that collect or receive information from our websites and elsewhere on the internet (“Cookies”). Where we collect information from you, if you decline to provide us with such requested information, you may not be able to use certain functions or features of our websites, and you may not be able to purchase products or access our services or certain offers and content, whether via our websites or otherwise.

Parents, Guardians and Children
HIS’ websites are intended for visitors who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. HIS does not knowingly solicit information from, or market products to, children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will delete such information promptly. We may collect, use, transfer or disclose your personal information (A) in order to perform our contractual obligations to you, (B) for legitimate business interests such as marketing and improvement of our services, (C) to comply with legal obligations and (D) to protect your and others’ vital interests. We share personal information with third parties and affiliates, and we have shared personal information with third parties and affiliates in the preceding twelve (12) months, as follows:
- We share personal information with third parties who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions. None of these third parties is authorized by us to disclose or use such personal information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with applicable laws, regulations and other legal requirements. Sharing with such third parties may include (and the personal information we have shared for a business purpose during the last twelve (12) months includes) the following:
- To fulfill customer orders, we share shipping information (real name, physical or postal address, telephone number, email address, information about products purchased and being shipped, and similar information) with third parties such as national postal services and private shipping companies and consignees.
- To process payments for customer orders, we share credit card information (account holder name and address, account number, expiration date, security code) and banking information with third party credit card processors and banks.
- To provide online customer chat services on some of our websites, we engage a third-party chat service provider that collects chat communications and information that you share with us via chats.
- For marketing purposes, we share personal information with third parties who perform advertising or mailing services on our behalf or to send surveys to our customers.

Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to transfer information we have about you in connection with a sale or transfer of all or any part of our business or assets (for example, if HIS were acquired or merged, or if it were reorganized, dissolved or liquidated). If such circumstances arise, you will be notified of them via email and/or other reasonable means (which may include a prominent notice on our website(s)), as well as of any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
We have not knowingly sold or shared the personal information of consumers under sixteen (16) years of age.
Information Collected By Third Parties
Information collected through third-party applications, websites and Cookies (such as information relating to your “liking” or posting a comment on our Facebook or Twitter page or posts, or information collected by third-party analytics tools and advertising networks) is collected directly by the third parties that provide those applications, websites and Cookies. California Shine the Light Law
As defined in California’s “Shine the Light Law,” California residents may annually request and obtain information that is shared with other businesses for their own direct marketing use within the prior calendar year. HIS does not share your personal information with other businesses for their own direct marketing use.
Data Retention
We retain and store your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required under applicable data retention policies or applicable law. Federal, state and local data retention laws and statutes of limitation may impose differing retention periods.
How We Protect Your Personal Information
We employ and maintain appropriate and commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, employee training, and incident response procedures to protect the personal information you provide to us against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. - Right to restrict processing of personal information: You have the right to request us to limit the processing of your personal information if (a) you dispute the accuracy of your personal information, (b) your personal information was processed unlawfully and you request a limitation on processing, rather than a deletion of your personal information; (c) we no longer need to process your personal information, but you need your personal information to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, or (d) you object to the processing of your personal information based on our legitimate interests, pending verification as to whether we have an overriding legitimate ground for such processing.
- Data deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all personal information in our possession. HIS may retain certain personal information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes as permitted by the EU GDPR or UK GDPR, as applicable.
- Data correction: If you believe that your personal information in HIS’ possession is inaccurate, you may request correction of such personal information.
- Objections: You may object to HIS’ processing of your personal information (including for marketing purposes), based on profiling or automated decision-making. However, HIS may continue to process your personal information if it is doing so in accordance with EU GDPR or UK GDPR, as applicable. You may file a complaint with the appropriate European governmental agency if you believe HIS’ management of your personal information is not in accordance with EU GDPR or UK GDPR, as applicable.
- Portability of personal information: You can request us to send your personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format to you or another third party that you specify if (a) you provide us with the personal information, (b) the lawful basis for the processing of your personal information is based on your consent or the performance of contract, or (c) the processing is carried out by automatic means.
Marketing:
